Lesson notes

Use of English preparation requires careful reading and attention to the current examination instructions and any prescribed text. Read passages actively: identify the central claim, supporting evidence, tone and transitions. For a prescribed text, know the plot, characters, setting, themes and significant events, but avoid relying only on summaries. Check the current JAMB guidance for the relevant examination year because requirements can change.
